The competition for buyers' attention is intense.  Often, similar  properties in the same neighborhood cluster around the same price point.  In competitive markets, Listing Agents need a competitive edge.

The internet has changed the way consumers buy goods and services, automobiles, and Real Estate.  The old saying, "curb appeal" has been replaced with "web appeal."  Today, most buyers have done a preliminary review of the MLS to view properties within their price point.  Typically, buyers develop a "short list" of homes that they would like to visit in advance of calling the Real Estate Agent.

Competitive Advantage

Typically MLS photos are the first introduction to a property, strongly influencing a buyer's perception of the desirability of a property.  To gain a "first strike" competitive advantage, the photos need to be compelling and  technically accurate, as well as visually and artistically appealing.  Ideally, buyers will say "wow" when they see the photos.

This is where the professional Real Estate Photographer adds value.  We can work together to produce images that will help your listings stand out and gain that competitive edge.

Vacation Rental Photography

Each year, an increasing number of Hawaii Island visitors use both VRBO.com TM and airbnb.com TM to book dream vacations.  Decisions to secure a visit with a particular property are often based on a combination of price, availability, number of rooms, proximity to beaches, and outdoor living amenities like pools and spas.  Typically, first time visitors to a property will rely on online photos posted on the Vacation Rental Websites.  In one neighborhood along the Kohala Coast, there are 23 properties competing for visitor attention. Visitors want the full Hawaii experience.   TO photo can get the “Striking Photos” that will help drive more business to your vacation rental!
